Our Mission
Ladder One Properties is a Newburyport-based property management company founded on a simple idea: manage every property with care, clarity, and a long-term perspective.
We provide hands-on residential property management throughout Newburyport and surrounding North Shore communities, including Ipswich, Boxford, Beverly, and beyond. Our focused portfolio includes single-family homes, seasonal residences, and small multifamily properties.
We believe rental properties perform best when they are treated as long-term assets-not short-term transactions. Thoughtful oversight, steady communication, preventative planning, and practical improvements all play a role in protecting each property and the owner’s investment.
As a firefighter-owned and operated company, our approach is shaped by accountability, responsiveness, and service. That mindset carries into our day-to-day management through clear communication, organized processes, reliable local relationships, and steady problem-solving when issues arise.
Rather than pursuing high-volume growth, we intentionally maintain a focused portfolio. This allows us to remain personally involved, provide consistent oversight, and build lasting relationships with the owners, tenants, and properties we represent.
